Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To start a return, please email us at info.beadedbag@gmail.com or use our Contact page. Please include your order number, item details, and a photo of the product.
Under what conditions can I return an item?
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- Photo required: Include a clear photo of the item (and its tags/packaging). If defective, add close-ups of the issue and the shipping box/label.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number) is required.
- Items without tags or used may be rejected or only partially refunded.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes. We accept direct exchanges for a different size, color, or style. Please follow the return process and specify your exchange request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $75 USD. For orders under $75, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note: tracking updates may take 5–7 working days, and delivery times may vary due to customs or local postal delays.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos if applicable. We’ll investigate and issue a replacement or refund if necessary.
Who pays duties, taxes, or customs fees on international orders?
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their local government. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Payments are authorized and captured immediately at checkout. The charge will appear on your payment method as soon as your order is placed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, following our Return & Refund Policy. Please allow up to 10 days after return approval for the refund to process.
